Service Description

"On a typical tour we focus on fun, relaxation, usage of our water-toys and sight-seeing through some of the nicest spots on the lake to enjoy our activities" Complimentary (on-board) services Include: -Paddle boarding -Kayaking -Tubing -Swimming -Cliff Jumping -Water & ice is provided and BYOB is our alcohol policy. Lake Travis points of interest may be arranged before hand (w/Captain's approval) -Windy Point -Swimming & Picnic Areas @ Mansfield Dam -Little Devils Hollow -Devil's Cove -Marshall Bend -Hippie Hollow (Naturist site) -Sunsets @ Cypress Creek **a 20% Gratuity and Facility Charge will be added to all Windy Point boat tours and charters to cover the expense of transfer shuttles and our experienced captain's services.

Cancellation Policy

Total minus initial deposit refunded if trip cancelled up to 10 days before reservation begins. 50% of total refundable if cancelled between 72 hrs – 10 days before reservation begins. 0% refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of reservation, unless weather outlook is objectively poor (ie- “thunderstorms all day every day for three days straight, etc.”) * (*if poor weather outlook, allow deposit to be used towards booking at a later date). Inclement weather (day of): Full Refund (100%) of deposit for INCLEMENT weather determined by laws and/or driver. Any cancellation due to weather after the booking has started will receive a prorated refund from the time they left the dock to the time they are returned to the dock, NOT when it starts raining.
